      This is the best

      I’ve really enjoyed all of your coffees, but hands down the Columbia is my favorite. It’s got a rich bold flavor, but it’s still smooth. Absolutely love this one!

      A favorite

      We wanted to try this coffee for a while. It sold out, so we waited for a restock, hoping it would come. Thank goodness it did! After trying our first cup, we immediately ordered two more bags. This coffee is absolutely delicious and smells wonderful. We have several favorites and this Columbian Popayan Honey has become one of them. Everyone should try it!

      Bold and sweet

      The Colombian Popayan Honey coffee is VERY good. One of our new top favorites that the Monks make. It has just that touch of sweetness so it really does not need anything added to it.

      Rich and complex, the Colombian Popayan Honey is processed using the 'honey' processing method after harvesting, which leaves a little of the sweet coffee cherry pulp on the beans during the drying period before washing and final drying for export.

      The result of this high-grown Arabica is a delicious coffee with sweet notes of plum and peach, hints of lime, and a long, jasmine-toned finish.  Roasted to a medium-light roast level, the Popayan Honey is perhaps best enjoyed black, but is versatile enough to handle a dash of cream.
