    I am writing to share my positive experience with your Coffee of the Month subscription. As a new customer and someone who works early and/or late hours in the restaurant industry, I rely on a strong cup of coffee to get me through my day.

    I was very impressed with the strength and flavor of the Honduras coffee. It had a bold, rich taste that was perfect for waking me up in the morning or giving me an afternoon pick-me-up. I also enjoyed the aroma of the coffee, which filled my house with a wonderful smell.

    Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend your Coffee of the Month subscription to others.

    November: Thanksgiving Blend

    A medium-dark unflavored roast with sweet peach tones mixed with hints of malt, cocoa and charred cedar and a bittersweet aftertaste.

    Thanksgiving Blend has become a Mystic Monk tradition as we craft a blend to complement the traditional Thanksgiving meal.  The African coffee when roasted darker has sweeter peach tones and when combined with the Indonesian coffees makes a gourmet roast that is bold enough to be enjoyed both with or without cream.
