    An outstanding press and great coffee

    I was a bit hesitant, since this was my first "press." Not only is it easy to use, but the directions were great, and Monk's Blend coffee is another plus. I'm very happy with this purchase.

    Disappointed

    I bought the press to support the monk and to assist me in making my home made mocha drink.
    First, I found the mug portion to be well made.
    However, it is not very large and does even make a full 8 oz cup of coffee.
    The lid is difficult to lock securely and the liquid leaks out the sides when poured. I think the press needs to be redesigned. Meanwhile, I have returned to using my previous press.

    Well made and easy to use

    Easy to use, easy to clean and makes the best coffee I've ever had.
    It loses one star, because it keeps it hot, but it would be better if it was longer.
    Besides it's a fun way to support the Monks.

    I bring this to church every Sunday. Rather than throw out the unserved coffee leftover from fellowship time, I am encouraged to take as much as I want home. I take it home in the Monk Press and it stays fresh all day for my family. Then, I use it all week to make fresh Mystic monk coffees. It is already a work horse in my home. I often make flavored coffee and then freeze it into ice cubes to make iced coffee. I am a fan. Highly recommend.
