At first I thought the vanilla was slight, but realized I hadn't added sugar to it yet. After adding it, I found the flavor was just tight.
The monks make an absolutely delicious French vanilla coffee. I would highly recommend folks to try it!
I love the flavor of this coffee -- but it is a tad more acidic inasmuch as the island soil is of volcanic origin, so I can't drink as much as i would love to -- but one sixteen ounce Monk's mugful is a memorable and distinctive pleasure. Savor it!
