Our hazelnut coffee beans and ground coffee offer a window into the life of the monks of old who gathered filberts from the wild hazelnut groves. We use premium mixture of natural and artificial hazelnut flavoring oilshazelnut oils to flavor the coffee, achieving a mellow nutty flavor and a smooth, creamy finish.
When you taste Mystic Monk Hazelnut Coffee, you’ll notice it’s distinctly different from the flavored coffees in grocery stores. The difference is due to the quality of our beans and our process for flavoring the coffee.
We roast our best Arabica coffee, using a medium roast to bring out the beans' natural cocoa and apricot notes. Then, we spray gourmet hazelnut flavoring oil on the whole beans after they’ve cooled to create an even flavor coating. For our ground coffee, we add the flavor to the grinds to ensure the hazelnut taste is perfectly distributed.
