Christmas Blend 5lb

This year's Christmas Blend took a lot of sample roasting, cupping, blending and tasting before we were completely happy. The first few attempts were a little too citrusy; the next couple weren't festive enough. The next blends were getting very close, but were missing a certain sparkle that makes Christmas Blend such a beloved coffee. Once we arrived at the perfect blend, the immediate smiles from all the monks who tasted it showed it was finally the roast we were looking for.

Our 2026 blend features two different sweet and fruity Ethiopian beans, including a special anaerobically fermented Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. In addition to a nutty and chocolaty Brazilian component, we included delightful Colombian beans to complete the blend with a touch of red-apple brightness. The end result is a delicious medium roast with notes of orange zest, dark berry, and milk chocolate.
