Colombia Popayan Honey

Rich and complex, the Colombian Popayan Honey is processed using the 'honey' processing method after harvesting, which leaves a little of the sweet coffee cherry pulp on the beans during the drying period before washing and final drying for export.

The result of this high-grown Arabica is a delicious coffee with sweet notes of plum and peach, hints of lime, and a long, jasmine-toned finish.  Roasted to a medium-light roast level, the Popayan Honey is perhaps best enjoyed black, but is versatile enough to handle a dash of cream.
