The Colombian Popayan Honey coffee is VERY good. One of our new top favorites that the Monks make. It has just that touch of sweetness so it really does not need anything added to it.

Been drinking this for years. Nothing else comes close.

We love half calf in our house and so what I did was I bought the 5 lb of Ethiopian and the 5 lb of Mexican decaf and I make my own blend at home and it is really delicious and yummy. I don't know all the terms for aroma and all that but it's really good.
